Muladhara Root Chakra

Our design features Muladhara, and the affirmation:  "I am rooted, but I flow."  Muladhara is the first Chakra, located at the base of the spine, and is the grounding chakra. The color for this chakra is red, and it represents the root of your body.  It is directly linked to the roots we’ve planted-how deep they are, how strong they are, and how supportive they are.  Often associated with home, safety, security, water, food and family, it is a foundational grounded energy.
