In short, yes we are being impacted by the COVID-19 virus outbreak. However, we still are taking orders and delivering the same, high quality products you have come to love. The deliveries are simply taking a few days to a week longer to receive them.
Because the situation is very fluid, we are updating our site daily for products that we can no longer sell because production factories may have temporarily closed or other situations that may arise. If we miss posting an update and it impacts an order, we are reaching out directly to the purchaser with updated information and seeking their input on how they would like to proceed with their order.

How Do I Track My Order?
We send out notifications to the email address supplied for each major step of the sales process (i.e. Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, Shipping Updates, Shipment Out For Delivery, etc.).
If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.
However, if you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact email@example.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code and we will help you locate your order.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA on all orders exceeding $65. For orders under $65 we offer flat rate shipping of $4.99 per cart to anywhere in the USA.
When Will I Receive My Purchases?
Most of our products are custom printed and shipped to be received within 1 to 2 weeks after purchase. However, a few of our products take up to 3 weeks. We will be sure to give you product specific shipping times in our product descriptions as well as through our purchase correspondence. Do You Charge Shipping Fees?
For all orders less than $65 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 per shopping cart. For orders exceeding $65 we offer free shipping on all products in the cart!
Where Do You Ship Your Products To?
Currently we are only shipping our products to the United States. However, we plan to expand our shipping territories in 2020. Contact us if you would like to know more about our shipping plans!
