Refund policy

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products purchased from our store for the first 30 days after receipt of goods. After 30 days, we can no longer offer you a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, the items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must notify us of the return.

To properly notify us please send an email to sales@myyogaessentials.com with the Subject "Return" and your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond to you with our approval and the appropriate return address to send  your goods. Once the goods have been received by us, a full refund will be promptly provided (typically within 3 to 5 business days).

Note: It is the customers obligation to process and pay for the goods being returned to us. Without a return of the goods, we cannot process a full refund. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a communicated refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns

To properly process a return or exchange, please contact us with the Subject "Return" and your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond to you with our approval and the appropriate return address to send your goods.

Please note - we do not allow returns or exchanges based on the wrong size ordered (only if you receive a different size than originally ordered).
