Shipment processing time

Most of the time our customers receive our products within 1 to 2 weeks from order date depending on the products ordered and whether we have that item in stock or not. However, it is important to note that we do not ship products on the weekends or on holidays and the timing of your order will impact these time frames. Lastly, we make every effort to communicate any changes to this with customers when they order our products so there are no surprises or any changes to this policy with customers via email. 

Shipping Rates & Locations

Shipping charges for your order (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We fulfill our products from different locations and customers may receive more than 1 package that may arrive at different times as a result. All packages in fulfillment of an order should be received within the time frames stated above. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send a confirmation email following all orders so that the customers can ensure that their order was placed correctly and will be sent to the correct location. It is the customers obligation to let us know if any of their order details were incorrect so that we can make the change in our systems before the products ship. Additionally we make every effort to ensure customers receive a tracking notice of their shipment(s), however we cannot guarantee that a tracking service will be available for their order or when the tracking information will become available for that order.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

My Yoga Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at sales@myyogaessentials.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and reference your order number upon correspondence.

International Shipping Policy

At this point My Yoga Essentials only ships to customers within the United States. We look forward to expanding this policy to countries outside the USA at a future date.
